Sport climbing is an incredibly fun sport, but it is not without risk, so the first step to get into it is to learn how to manage safety.
That is why we propose this course to introduce you into the sport. Sport climbing is the modality we encourage you to begin with. Why is that? Because it is the safest and in which there are fewer risks to manage.
This course takes place in two days at the end of which you will obtain your diploma as an autonomous climber. Once finished you are like a new driver so we encourage you not to stop practicing. The course is mostly practical with a small initial theory base, all conveyed in a didactic and useful way.
